Scarboro is a hidden gem neighboruhood in Calgary’s Inner City. It is a small community with a little over 350 RC-1 zoned single family residences. There is no multifamily living within the community except for a newer development (Scarboro 17) currently under construction on its its eastern boundry along 17th Avenue SW. The community features a well ranked Sunalta Public School. Scarboro has two distint parts of the nighbourhood, the first being Scarboro proper to the East of Crowchild trail, and a small portion to the West of Crowchild Trail. The portion of the community to the west features large RC-1 zoned lots many with commanding views of Calgary’s downtown skyline. Scarboro proper is close to all the hustle and bustle of 17th Avenue and the beltline but feels worlds away with large lots and mature trees.
