Keswick is an SW Edmonton neighborhood South of Windermere that is bounded by the North Saskatchewan River to the West.  It is being developed in partnership with MLC Group and Cameron Communities and was introduced in 2010.  The community features a mix of housing types ranging from single-family estate lots overlooking the river valley to duplex and townhome configurations. There is a community playground, walking trails, and the announcement of two schools in the neighborhood.  A church is also in the process of being constructed.
