Robby is one of the best agents in Edmonton. I have sold three homes so far through different agents and he is by far the best. Why? He truly cares about his customers. When he listed mine, he knew that he would have to sacrifice significant portion of his commission due to a referral fee. However, he did not omit any of the services he provides, such as drone video, quick response, effective communication with extra parties involved for my specific situation. That is not all. Robby has the skills you would most care about, such as market price analysis, negotiation, cost estimation and so on. To be more specific, mine got sold in about three weeks (excluding days for inspection) at about 97.5% of the listing price Robby suggested. Considering he deals with luxury/expensive homes, the stat can tell how well he does.
